Lamar took to the Senate floor to share his disappointment and the disappointment of many Tennesseans over President Obama and Harry Reid’s “stubbornness in the face of reasonableness.”

In his remarks Lamar praised the House of Representatives for offering reasonable solutions to fund the government and delay Obamacare while negotiating under the constitutional system of checks and balances the Founders created.  Unfortunately, President Obama and the Senate Democrats have yet to come to the table to discuss how to fund the government.
